Oh, sleazebags!
Feeding off plebs.
Commonwealth
Misappropriated.

Land full of
Milk and honey.
Masses suffering
Perpetual hunger.

When NEPA works
We’re not lighted.
Nurse and dokita
Fleeing like Andrew.

Roads turned to mines,
Diamond to extract.
Foods, when cheap,
Moneyless pockets.

Lost but found,
Airport – dollars!
Ikoyi – pounds!
Kaduna – euro!

Until we rule
Ourselves justly
Shall we be fooled
Perpetually too!!!
