Our unlimited God
The Prophet Isaiah has these encouraging words for us about our God: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:8,9).
Aren’t you glad that God isn’t limited to our ideas?
So often we try to tell God what to do, when to do it, who to do it to, and how to go about it. I’ve tried that many times, and never once has He done things my way. And thank God, because His way is always infinitely greater and wiser!
God can show you a way out of your problem today, and it’s a way that is based on His absolute principles.
God can bring a solution for your problem today, and it’s one that can work both now and for eternity.
God can bring an answer to your question today, and can be an answer that is right for every person involved.
You may feel completely surrounded by a problem, so much so that it’s crowding every other thought out of your mind. You may feel overwhelmed with despair, or fear, or grief, or loneliness. I believe God has a way for you through this! Trust Him to reveal it to you as you read the Bible and listen to the anointed preaching of His Word.
God promises that “as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it” (Isaiah 55:10,11).
Read God’s Word. Listen to sermons from anointed men and women of God who preach the full Gospel. Ask the Lord to make His answer – His way – plain to you. Trust God that His Word will not be void, but that it will result in a great harvest of miracles!
