Philippines Visa Requirements

All travelers must obtain a Health Declaration Form, e-CIF, to enter the Philippines. The requirement was introduced by the government because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
General requirements for people traveling to the Philippines are:x Passport with a validity of 6 months beyond the expected stay.x Roundtrip flight ticket.x Hotel bookings.x School/company ID, if applicable.x Proof of financial means.x Duly filled visa form.x Payment of visa fees.

To enter the Philippines, citizens of certain countries are welcome visa-free for short-term visits. Citizens of some other countries may obtain a travel permit online. The others have to request a traditional visa through an embassy or a travel agency.

Apart from the citizens of Brazil and Israel who can enter the Philippines visa-free for a period of 59 days, citizens of certain other countries can also enter the Philippines for 30 days without a visa. Furthermore, citizens of certain other countries are also allowed into the Philippines for 14 days.

Visitor visas can be obtained from the embassies and consulates in various countries. 

When going to the Philippines, travelers should note that:x Firearms and pornography are forbidden.x Certain items like alcohol and tobacco can be imported duty free in small quantities.x Foreign currency exceeding US$10,000.00 and local currency of more than P10,000.00 must be declared upon entry or exit.

Upon arrival, all travelers will need to go through immigration control. In most cases, immigration officers will ask a few questions. Travelers should ensure they answer the questions as truthfully as possible. They should also be prepared to provide supporting documentation requested by border control officers.
