Portugal Arrests 35 People

Portuguese police have arrested 35 people suspected to be trafficking migrant workers.

They are aged between 22 and 58, euronews reports.

According to the report, they are suspected as being part of a gang that exploited might workers on Portuguese farms.

They were arrested on suspicion of crimes like human trafficking, money laundering and forgery.

A lot of the victims have been identified to be from Algeria, India, Moldova, Morocco, Pakistan, Romania and Senegal.
