Ukrainian arrested for transporting migrants!
A Ukrainian has been arrested in Bulgaria for transporting 14 migrants.
Sofia News Agency reports that the 23–year–old man allegedly transported the men from Syria.
The man was arrested when a police patrol stopped a minibus in the village of Belozem near Sofia. 14 Syrian males were found in the vehicle.
The men intended to cross to Serbia.
The driver is a Ukrainian who entered Syria in March. It was however discovered that the owner is an Iraqi citizen residing in Bulgaria with humanitarian status.
The vehicle was seized as an evidence.
